Nguyen Tran is the Founder and CEO of Le Réussi®, a sustainable fashion brand empowering women. An immigrant entrepreneur, she holds a Business degree from Vietnam and an MBA from Houston, Texas.

She began her journey at 25, founding QNV Trading Company and later co-owning QNV LLC. Before Le Réussi®, she was VP at Crayola® Imagine Arts Academy™.

Passionate about fashion and giving back, Nguyen supports The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (LLS) and believes in helping women “look good, feel good, and do good.”
