I’m Chief Operating Officer for Harris County Housing & Community Development, leading operations for 300+ employees. My focus is agency transformation, workforce modernization, technology, and operational excellence.

In five years, I’ve generated $2.2M+ in operational savings, consolidated facilities into a headquarters saving $650K annually, and modernized compensation affecting 200+ positions. Previously, I held leadership roles at Microsoft, the City of Bothell, Seattle Public Schools, King County Public Health, and the YWCA of King & Snohomish Counties.

I hold degrees from London Metropolitan University and Seattle University and completed executive leadership training through Cornell. I’m also a wife and mom who values family, lifelong learning, and building meaningful connections across business, government, and the community.
