Verónica Torralba Lozano is a business leader in the financial services industry with 20 years of experience leading product development, strategic planning and sales and marketing departments and initiatives. She has introduced over 200 new products and product enhancements to the U.S. marketplace and led joint ventures in Asia and Africa. Ms. Lozano serves as Head of Operations Services at AIG. In this role, she is charged with leveraging AI and machine learning, natural language processing, data analytics, and robotics to transform and optimize regulatory operations. She previously held the position of Vice President, Internal Management Consulting, where she led high-priority business transformation initiatives and managed a team of MBA-level professionals in a leadership pipeline program. Ms. Lozano has a BA from Brown University and an MBA from Cornell University.
