Award for Excellence in Women's Health
The Greater Houston Women's Chamber of Commerce Women's Health Network Committee and The Women's Fund are seeking nominations for the 2018 Kathryn S. Stream, Ph.D., Award for Excellence in Women's Health. The Annual Stream Award was established in 2008 to recognize a Houston-area researcher, educator, practitioner, or community leader who has attained a record of achievement in advancing women's health through collaborations in education, research, and/or advocacy.
The Stream Awards nominations are accepted each year. All 2018 nominees will be recognized, and the annual awardee announced, at the Greater Houston NO LIMITS Conference for Women, on Wednesday, April 25, 2018, at the Hilton Americas in Houston. Annual Stream Awardees are honored with a $1,000 donation made in their name to the charity of their choice. Awardees' names are affixed to a large plaque on permanent display at the GHWCC offices.
