There is a big disconnect between the activity of marketing and sales, and the strategy behind what to do that will ​have impact. Many times, frustration comes when a lot of activity is being done, and getting ​few results. We'll explore the activities of marketing and the noise it creates to the buyer, some of the most prevalent myths about it, and how to use a human approach to be heard.

She was named Marketer of the Year in 2011 by the Association for Accounting Marketing and is President of Houston Interactive Marketing Association, as well as founder of Celtic Valor, a non-profit that provides scholarships for veteran education.
